snobbyafghan
Our local garage charges £12.99 for a 907 bottle WITHOUT exchanging an empty bottle. That seems like a good price to me compared to what was being charged in the Intermarche in France last week but I have no idea of what the usual UK prices are. As a supplementary, when I bought a full 907 from this garage yesterday, they said that they charge the same (£12.99) whether you exchange an empty one or not (I didn't). Is that common practice? Tony Jones
This is VERY unusual - £12.99 is a pretty good UK price for an exchange 907; to be selling them without exchange at that price suggests someone has got their barcodes wrong! snobbyafghan
Mrs P - we are in Herefordshire; not exactly next door to Coventry. The garage is called Locks and it's about 3 or 4 miles south of Hereford on the Abergavenny road on the right-hand side. Doug
chas
I know of a supplier who sells calor and flowgas both in butane and propane and they are filled at a gas supply depot, and the prices are much lower than at usual outlets. Perhaps this garage is doing something similer with camping gaz .
Rod_vw
Normal price in UK seems to be £16.99 but we have found Camperland in Manchester selling 907 refills for £12.99 within the last month (September 2007)
