Hoggy Posted November 12, 2007 Share Posted November 12, 2007 My wife & I bought our first motorhome in July and are currently travelling in Spain for the first time. Well we were in Spain but diverted to Portugal to do a bit of Port tasting in Porto but tomorrow will start heading towards Madrid. Having read the MMM forums for the first time this evening we wondered if any reader had any recommendations for a campsite (or wild camping spot for that matter) convenient for exploring Madrid. We've not had too many good experiences driving in cities to date so we'd prefer something on the outskirts that has bus or train access although we do have a 1125cc bike so public transport is not essential.
