Knaus
Hi Can anyone tell me if there is somewhere to stay overnight close to the Newhaven/Dieppe Ferry Terminal. Found Buckle Caravan Park but reviews weren't great and told they were expensive at £17 pn. Thanks

LordThornber
No idea whether you are comfy with this this of course, but there is a car park right on the ferry grounds. We have stayed on it with no problems at all. Martyn
W3526602
Hi, Many yearsago, we'd go to the "seaside" at Newhaven, Drive down along the estury, and park next to the breakwater, sleep in car or tent. Nice beach when the tide was out. Awe inspiring when sea was rough and tide was in. But I suppose all that has changed.
hapi_chappie
Options would include the CL previously mentioned and Ferry Terminal Car Park (East side of Harbour). Also, on the West Side of the harbour (end of Fort Road) there is a large sea-front car park where you could probably overnight without problem out of season. Further afield is a CC site on the east side of Brighton.Graham
