Tanskavan
Having a Fiat Ducato, I have read on the forum that draughts are common around the door seals and interior handles. Is it possible to have a draught coming from the seat base? Hot Head and cold legs Cheers Tony
Guest peter
Not unless you've had a Vindaloo. :D The draught is probably coming from the door, there's a big vent in the end and holes in the interior of the pocket that go through to the door panel where the draught is probably coming in to the cab. Cover these large vents and see how it goes. Hope this makes sense.
Guest Tracker
If you have a battery under the seat the wiring and vent holes might be too big? There is also a violent draught that can come through the lower seat belt mounting. Cover up the vent holes in the door itself - just under the door lock mechanism and striker plate. On some vans the cab doors don't even shut properly and you may be able to peel the door seal off, bend the flange a bit, and refit the rubber to close this gap.
