I was interested in a fixed gas system either Bottles or tank, I am also looking around for insurance. Saga required a,"certificate of completion", for my LPG converted car. I of course did not have one as the system is now about 6 years old, so I checked with my the present gas garage, he said it required a complete check of the system and a written report at a cost of £200. It seems that all new systems will now have to have this certificate issued. Would this be required for a bottle or tank installation in motorvans, my gas bloke was not sure.
