They have all the gear, but the Omnistor lady always seems to be ever so busy, and not all that good at phoning, or e-mailing, back. However, they have always come up with the goods eventually. Clearly there is very poor support in the UK at the moment - I have been told by a company in Poole that these are no longer available.
