Guest JudgeMental
has anyone been to Glastonbury in their motorhome? thinking of taking Mrs Mental and my young teenagers this year (if we can get tickets *-)) I think I could mange with the van man, but not a tent :-D PS. would I be allowed to bring my lafuma recliner in as well? lol as I do not really fancy sitting on the ground, but a couple of recliners and a cool box. I will reluctantly forgo the sun/water shade........

Hi Judge,I've been to Glastonbury a few times and it's not really suitable for camping in anything other than tents, although there are a few suitable caravan/MH sites close by - http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/townlisting.asp?town=GlastonburyIf you do decide to visit - a few precautions:Take your welliesTake your waterproofsTake a spade (to dig you out of the mud)Take Loo Paper if you visit the festival loosTake a clothes peg (to stick over your nose) if you visit the loosDon't leave ANYTHING of value anywhere unless it is strapped to your bodyRefuse all offers of a smoke (unless you like waccy baccy)If you bear in mind the above, you should have a brilliant weeekend.
