lizken Posted February 7, 2008 Share Posted February 7, 2008 HELP! Can anyone suggest how to obtain spares for a Mini-Heki. I have e-mailed Dometic 8 times but cannot get a reply. (It's near certain Dometic won't supply you direct.) I did find one company advertising a "Mini Heki Rooflight Seal" (see below), though I'm not sure this is what you want. http://www.leisureshopdirect.com/caravan/ventilation/default.aspx CAK (www.caktanks.co.uk) is another potential source as they market the full range of Heki units. Personally, I'd try local leisure-vehicle dealerships first as bitter experience has taught me that what you order ain't necessarily what turns up. The reason I was trying to obtain spares direct from Dometic is due to my nearest dealership, for any marque, is 50 miles away, but I may have to go down this route for the spares.
