Mr. Grumpy Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 Some times when I view a thread I get the whole page width on my screen with no problem but occasionally I cannot view the whole width without scrolling across as with the thread on Lidl sat systems, even getting rid of the side bar does not help. Tony Jones Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 If someone posts either a picture, or a website link, which is wider than the "standard" width available, everything on that thread expands to fit. As far as I know, there's no way to fix this at the individual computer end. When I realise I'm posting on a thread this has happened to, I try to remember to use the "return" key as I reach the end of a line in the "posting" window, to shorten my lines so people dopn't have to scroll acrosss, but it's a bit of a pain!!
