Mel E Posted May 2, 2008 Share Posted May 2, 2008 All those with Ranault Masters are familiar with the Radio/CD Player automatically shutting off after 20 minutes. I HAVE A SOLUTION. Just before the radio shuts off it bleeps and then stays on for about 5 to 10 seconds. If you depress the ON/OFF switch during this period (i.e., while the radio is still on), it then stays on permanently. Try it - it definitely works with mine. Upon tuning it in and setting it up, I discovered that I could select the length of time I wanted the radio to stay on for with the ignition off. I selected the permanent option and its been fine.
