mark lambert
Hello All! Just picked the van up from dealers after having some re-call work done. The suspension has been done, we had to have an extra leaf spring fitted due to a rubbing problem, looks like it has made a huge diference to the height at the rear, will let you know how much higher after i have tried to put the van on the drive and measured, it used to bottom out. Found something else which might be a little worrying for burstner solano owner's. All the sideskirts (fibreglass i think) that go all the way around the habitation bit of the van, have all bubbled, if it was metal it would be the little rust bubbles under the paint you see just before the rust shows through, so i suppose you could say fibreglass rust bubble's!?, its where damp/water has got under the paint and the paint bubbles. I have to have all the side mouldings changed, luckily under waranty. take care all m

onecal
Hi, I hope you got your brakes checked aswell when you got extra springs fitted. Load sensing valve may need to be reset due to change in ride height. Regards, Brendan.
