If you leave Austrailia at the end of their winter and travel to the UK - you will find that when you get here, winter is just starting. No returning Brits were tested or quarantined but obviously they would not have been allowed entry back into China.....assuming they could even get a flight. Returning New Zealanders were tested though and if positive, quarantined. Since China relaxed their lockdown they found the only new cases were among returning Chinese nationals. The problem is BoJo missed the chance to take advantage of our being surrounded by water, testing and quarantining people before the were allowed into the country.
