  1. Good morning, to all who helped with my fridge problem, not 100% with forum but I seemed to get locked out, my messages of thanks did not show , in the end we disconnected the Reich box charger, One cal, suggested and that was the answer, quite simple solution in the end, I can't get used to no flashing lights, keep checking, you people have helped me in the past and your to me an amazing group , stay strong, stay fit , keep TROMING, I will till I drop, best wishes and good luck, pic of my TROME pride and joy Regards Steve
  2. of course, my head is spinning after good news this morning, im elated .Thanks so much for your help again ,wonderful people on here regards Steve
  3. You my friend have lifted me off the floor after to many times on the ropes, your suggestion is hopefully working, but with my history I'm trying not to be excited,,,,,, BUT I AM, took 2 fuses out of internal and external chargers on Reich box ,been running for over 2 hours, all good , initially my E control was showing 12.9 v when fuses taken out, since on EHU leisure batteries 14-2 no fuses in charger , how is that
  4. That's uncanny , I've just sent them a question about the internal and external , sorry Apuljack that is, this morning onecal suggested turning off chargers, I'm running close to 1 hour now fridge very cold no ice yet close NO FLASHING LIGHTS I in red Indian talk, "been here many times, "back to you Labby, must be wired to an external source because it's marked up on box and 2 separate fuses, I fitted a charged from car battery driving only charge, at the moment my leisure batteries are dropping,, going to leave this longer then I will put fuse back in internal charger see what happens, Patience, on another note, just been to local boat yard,, they have an EHU coupling into site post as normal, you plug in your lead to that and it also has 2 13 amp plug sockets attached, I've never seen them,
  5. No ,I haven't, but will this morning, unsure if you know the Reich box, lm sure you can't switch that off , there's internal and external chargers I will pull both fuses, I took it out yesterday didn't tape end connector, blew a 50 amp fuse😔 so off to garage, cu soon
  6. Portugal Spain Devon Wales , failed, didn't like what I heard about Reich box from engineers today, his opinion only, but worrying
  7. But if I try it on extension it must be good ,no lights and freezing, EHU nothing, I spoke with engineers, there opinion is problem is in Reich box because of the time scale, ie ,15 20 minutes, Was the same both fridges ,when flashing you press 3 buttons for the fault code, that story is to long
  8. No Labby I haven't, must have that 100 times previously, it will give code 9, , the fridge is perfect on extension lead, if it needed new board element etc it wouldn't work on extension
  9. I'm missing something here, explain, this will not work through EHU, I'm asking people who may know why to help, that's it
  10. Not tried that, charger is in Reich box, to isolate would have to pull a fuse, can't think other way, then we're not charging, or are looking for the fault, someone told me ,it's E relay problem in the box, Apuljack ruled that out
  11. Fridge is plugged into extension from house, working with EHU plugged in or out, at the same time, it will not work through the EHU, initially yes then starts to cool then flashing lights, ,your time and help much appreciated
  12. The feed cable 34 comes from consumer to fridge socket then onto other sockets but no device
