I do know he had someone working for him from up in the N.E. who nicked some gear and cash and did a runner. Perhaps it's him but using Daves' name. I am on the case though! I am not sure exactly what he does in full, but he may have contact with the man you are looking for, since they all seem to pass work onto each other don't they?
