bertie burstner Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 The face dial is purchased from Lockwood international and is listed as Fiat Ducato RF002997 priced at £31.92p. The vehicle I have is the Citroen Jumper as listed in France but known as the Relay in UK. If it helps here are some guidlines on installation. Release two star screws just under the windscreen. Pull unit forwards to steering wheel.Prop open. Disconnect three electric plug units.Each has a red locking bar to be released downwards. Release two hexagon bolts at bottom and one at the top of the instrument pod unit. Remove the pod compleately from the body o the main unit. To release the Facis unit there are seven black clips to loosen. Then to release the clear plastic front there are six clear plastic clips to loosen(carefull easy snap off). You then need to remove the original dial face. The centre " HUB CAP" of the needles can be taken off leaving the rest of the needle in place. This is a bit fiddly but don't give up ,it is just clipped on. With the needle 'hub caps' removed point all the needles to 12 o'clock and feed the old dial face up the needles. You will need to push quite hard on the reset buttons to allow the dial face to clear these but there is enough give in the plastic to do it without them snapping. Replace the new dial face in the same way and put'hub caps' back on the needles. Set the needles back and reassemble units. Fiddly but fair to easy.
