Windows - ZoneAlarm

This may be a bit late - and I'm not sure how you can read this if you're having the problem 8-)

 

but I think Joy may be struggling with it - so if anyone else is running ZoneAlarm and Windows XP

and have allowed Windows to update with "KB951748"

you may be having problems accessing the web.

 

The simple answer is either:

Remove the windows patch - access Add Remove Programs - access all updates identify the 'rogue and click on remove

and / or

Zonealarm have now issued a fix - so if you can download and run the fix

 

Do not be conned into paying money to a computer fixit who offers to reinstall etc etc etc!! >:-)
