In effect, we take a delivery van, nail a house onto the back of it and drive it over bumpy fields and then we’re surprised when it goes wrong! I’m truly proud of the people we’ve got here because a lot of the flack they get isn’t about the jobs they do, it’s down to the complexity of the vehicles that we sell and it’s worth remembering that we don’t make them. (lol)

(lol) But, Mr Brownhills MD, you sell them and hand them over after they have supposedly been through a thorough PDI to ensure they are fit for use when the customer gets them ... nuff said! 8-)
