J9withdogs Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 Good things: 23 pubs within staggering distance. 10 minute level walk to: full range of shops take-away food post offices (2) leisure centre hospital (with A&E!) doctor's surgery (where you can get a same-day appointment!) dentist hairdressers(10+) touristy things like Severn Valley Railway/river/parks & woods. Beat that! Bad things: Can't think of one!

Geof Angi Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Good Country lane but in village, not a lot of traffic Small managable garden, away most weekends with MH The next door neighbers have just moved out Nice village pub with good food reasonably priced Working mans club with cheap beer Close to motorway network Bad No shops near by Have to park said MH 15 mile away in secure park for insurance reasons Ugly Too near Stansted Airport, 6 mile door to door, no overfly but fighting extension as country side will be desicrated Geof
