Full time residential home after selling 3 bed detached bungalow with 2 tandem garages and loads of parking.

Mid terrace newbuild fishermans cottage Westward Ho! 110 metres from sea wall. Well insulated 3 bed 2.5 storey. Slate looking roof. Entrance porch. Groundfloor cloakroom, 1st floor 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite) and 1 bathroom. 2nd floor velux window with glimpse of sea over roof tops and Lundy 15 miles away. Condensing gas combi boiler. 2 water butts. Space for washing line.

Good things - small manageable garden - buses every half hour from a bus stop slighty uphill 150 metres away. This means it is a downhill route with our shopping trolleys. 5 free buses a week to Sainsburys and Tesco. Great coastal walk and sea views. Sea birds and quaint Appledore close by.

Pub next door. Chemist, postoffice small supermarket within 150metres. Doctors surgery 1 mile away. Only footpath access. £3.40 all day north Devon bus ticket - not 60 years old yet!

Interesting things - No parking

Nothing bad - just challenging

How about you?

Good

Country lane but in village, not a lot of traffic

Small managable garden, away most weekends with MH

The next door neighbers have just moved out

Nice village pub with good food reasonably priced

Working mans club with cheap beer

Close to motorway network

Bad

No shops near by

Have to park said MH 15 mile away in secure park for insurance reasons

Ugly

Too near Stansted Airport, 6 mile door to door, no overfly but fighting extension as country side will be desicrated

Geof
