dream machine Posted October 20, 2008 Share Posted October 20, 2008 Trying to prepare for the Digital changeover I obtained a 12volt / 240volt Mini Freeview box from Tvonics recently for my Motorhome (a really tiny device but totally upto the job), but try as I might I just could couldn't get a decent (or even any) signal with my existing Indoor Aerial. Then using the official Digital websites was advised that the 'Philex SLX Gold digitop 27769R aerial was the best rated so I thought I'd try it. I bought mine from Amazon and after just a couple of minutes twiddling I can report it really is brilliant - 50 odd channels at first attempt :-) This has built in amplifier & is very compact - mine cost just £15.
