billbaillie
I’ve been trying to contact Shurflo for a couple of weeksbut it seems the telephone number is no longer in use.The only number I have is: 01293 424000.I can’t find a web site for the UK operation either.I need a spare part for a pump. Anyone know how I cancontact them to order the part?
Randonneur
It says on the Shurflo-original website the UK customers have to contact the Belgium office. Tel: 00 32 14 28 3500 email: shurflo@pentair.com

chas
Hi Bill- Do you not have a decent caravan accesory shop near you, if so take the old pump there and tell them what you are after. They "may" not have the part in stock but they will probably get it easy enough. Good luck
Derek Uzzell
Billbaillie Not sure how relevant this observation is, but SHURflo pumps are very widely used in motorhomes and a GOOGLE-search on "Shurflo spare parts" retrieves several UK suppliers. I suppose what I'm asking is "Do you really need to contact the SHURflo company itself?" There is also a real possibility that SHURflo don't have a direct-sale operation and will only provide parts to wholesalers. If that's the case, then you'll need to order the part you need from a UK retailer.
billbaillie
Thanks to all for the assistance given.I found that CAK Tanks do the spares (very cheaply too), much obliged to you all.
davenewellhome
Don't hold your breath waiting for delivery though, their customer service is shockingly poor. D.
