Colin, That's beautiful. The lighting couldn't have been more perfect if you had set the whole sunshine up yourself like spotlights .... Beautiful. OOps. Sorry I mean your son took a beautiful picture. Joy

Here are a few which I took on holiday in France.

The 'bayonette' bat and swallows ones were taken at a monument/grave where some soldiers were buried in a trench under tonnes of earth during the first world war - they were only found because their 'bayonettes' were poking through.

The cave bat was in ... a cave we visited!

Some of the others were just spotted as we were walking around or visiting various places - the goats were clambering over an old fort!

As for the last picture ... this is a really strange creature that likes to swim and chase after a yellow and black toy!

:D

ROON - 2009-07-24 9:20 AM

Malc, He's lovely. Doesn#t it just make your holiday a little bit special when you make a friend like that. I usually get a friendly pigeon move in the van :-S

The robin came in so regularly that he was in danger of being trodden on.

( I had a word with him about it, but he was young, and they don't listen do they).

;-)

Download the FREE version of

www.pictureresizer.com

Open your picture files. Open the above. Clkick on new image and browse will come up. click on browse and it will take you to your picture web site. choose the photo you want and open.

On the resizer the picture will come up. On the left hand side will be a size of picture - highlight what is there and type in to start 200 on the top one . The bottom will alter accordingly . Click on the resize button underneath that.

Then on the top right hand corner is a button marked properties (or something like that) click on it. The details of the image will come up. If it says over 100kb. Go back and change the 200 to 190 and carry on as before. Once the details show it as under 100kb then click on save and save as will come up. Give it a name like smallme or something.

The when you do all the rest like attach file, browse, click on the reduced picture and open and it will come into the web page. click submit and voila.
