GJH Posted June 26, 2009 Share Posted June 26, 2009 We have both our gas & electricity supplied by nPower and last week one of their meter readers called. Yesterday the Dual Fuel bill arrived with an Actual reading for electricity but an Estimated reading for gas. That meant I had to waste my time, and that of the call centre employee, taking a reading for the gas and phoning it in. There will also be extra waste in sending me an updated bill. Ours is also Scottish Power and they just e-mail every quarter for both meter readings. In five years they have never sent a bod to double check that i'm giving them the correct readings, they must have realised that I am a Yorkshireman and therefore can be trusted.....I'll get my coat...
