Randonneur
If you have a reset hole underneath push an opened paperclip in and it should reset. Ours is a One XL, not sure if yours has a reset hole but have a look, usually works.
onecal
Hi Check also has the battery run down. The start up button on that model turns on quite easy, Happy motoring. B-) Regards, Brendan
Jasper
If battery has run down then sometimes need to charge the battery up for a while and then try the reset. Had to charge mine for about an hour before the reset would work.
p0930
The reset hole is very small and can be found next to the connection point.Charge your battery and then push a fine point into the reset hole firmly and hold it for a count of thirty seconds . The timing is very important to clear and reset the memory. Switch on and all should be well. If not phone TOM TOM customer service, they are very helpful.
