Euro 4 compliant vehicles will be charged 4% less. Euro 0 - 3 compliant vehicles will be charged 10% more I can see confusion with UK registered vehicles proving which category they fall into, there is no emision/euro category info printed on UK Registration books, at least there is nothing on mine.
