We prefer locally sourced food where we have the choice but recently in Tesco we grabbed a packed filleted side of Salmon as it looked good value for a fiver. Only when we came to cook it did we notice that it was caught in the Pacific Ocean and processed and packed in CHINA. The fact that it was very poor in taste only added to the irritation!
