Minstrel
We've broken ours and the only website I've found doesn't do mail order on them, they are based at Ilfracombe which is not a million miles from us but we aren't tempted to drive all that way for £3.50 worth. Martins of Exeter and Chelston don't have any in their shops. I'm sure someone will be able to help me.
DJP
Try asking Truma. You never know, they may just send you one as a gesture of good will *-)
Brambles
Try these people, I have found them good in the past. http://www.leisurespares.co.uk Jon. p.s Just remebered they have a £10 min order charge, so you might want to add somethig else to the order like a spare jet for the fridge or some other item. Derek Uzzell
DJP - 2010-02-08 8:13 PM Try asking Truma. You never know, they may just send you one as a gesture of good will *-) Sounds like a good plan to me, as the Truma technicians keep boxes of redundant bits and pieces. (You will need to be more specific though, as "temperature control knobs" vary in design and application. As things stand, you haven't provided any details whatsoever of the Truma heating appliance involved.)
Minstrel
It's a Truma E2400 made 2002. Only costs £1.53 from Leisureshopdirect but they don't deliver. I'd buy three of them if they would only deliver.
davenewellhome
I'm slightly confused by your statement that they won't deliver as their website has clear details of delivery charges ranging from packages up to 100grammes and increasing incrementally thereafter. Why won't they post this part for you? D.
Minstrel
I tried putting two in my basket and it said collection only, I have added one or two other items to see if that made a difference, I now have £19.56 in my basket and it still says collect only. Brambles
Have you set up an account with them and responded to the email to confirm. Maybe something in setting up account is odd...thats all I can suggest or think of as I have just checked and see no problems with ordering the parts and basket works correctly and adds £2.99 postage. You can always phone them with the order. 01271 862349 or 0845 4300325. Jon.

Minstrel
I've just ofund out I'm at cross purposes with you, the website I was looking at was Leisureshopdirect!
Brambles
No your not, leisureshopdirect is the one I was looking at after you mentioned it earlier. £1.58 +2.99 postage and you can check out as a guest without opening an account. Get the page up where it says collect only and copy the address from your address bar directly into a post on here and I can check it out, or send it to me in PM (private message) Jon. Brambles
Ahhhhh! just checked again, see what you mean - It does say collec only, never said that for me yesterday. I shall see if I can work out why now.
Brambles
OK, I might have been looking at wrong part yesterday - really do not know, but similar parts come up fine, but the part I think you are looking at does indeed say collect only - shop part. I would give them a phone.
