My only concern is that you have to phone before your arrival. The rules state, "You will have a meal in the restaurant or buy regional products from the host." What happens if you do not like the restaurant menu, prices etc.? 30 years ago I frequently visited Belgium and found the people either loved you or were indifferent to you, fortunately usually the first.
