Guest peter Posted April 17, 2010 Share Posted April 17, 2010 Went to the Mosel valley for 2 Weeks and it was brilliant. Only did a short part around Bernkastel and downstream a bit. Masses of Stellplatzes. Stayed ona new one at Graach, takes over 100 vans and has toilets and showers as well. Cost 9 Euro's a night + 1.5 for a shower. Electric is a bit steep as you have to use a 10Euro card and it's 60 Cents a unit. But I paid nothing , as people were coming and going every day and had put in 10 Euros which they couldn't possibly use in one night. So when they went I just plugged into the one with the most unused units on it. We stayed 3 days on that site as it's only about a 1/2 Hour walk to Bernkastel, which is absolutely beautiful. Will go back again later in the year and go up through Luxembourg this time, to explore the upper reaches. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
