Then when you do or don't do what ever it was she imagined she told you you get the blame! After suffering from this for nearly 50 years, I've finally come up with the answer. Look her confidently in the eye and say in an accusing vioce "You should have told me when I was listening" thus transferring the blame back to her. You no risten? If it was feasible to put a set of electrodes on her and link her up to some sort of graph machine to monitor her brain activity, It would show up more lights and lines than the National Grid.
