Caroline Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 The trick with a swiss roll is to spread the filling as soon as it comes out of the oven and roll it up immediately do not wait, lay the sponge on a teatowel (clean) which has been sprinkled with sugar use the tea towel to roll the sponge, do not include the towel in the roll, does not taste that good. :-> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
