and this has exactly what to do with motorhoming? *-) we have a chatterbox section for trivia......

The trick with a swiss roll is to spread the filling as soon as it comes out of the oven and roll it up immediately do not wait, lay the sponge on a teatowel (clean) which has been sprinkled with sugar use the tea towel to roll the sponge, do not include the towel in the roll, does not taste that good.
