ian81
To refit the lipseal is it necessary to remove the screws having removed the blade operating mechanism from the cassette? Unlike the earlier C200 where the screws were on top there are a set of screws inside. (nb the blade mechanism is removed by turning a 1/4 turn) Sadly I can only find limited info on the thetford web site for this model.
Brambles
ian81, Yes, you remove the screws which are now on the inside of the assembly. I think there are 6 screws and are fairly obvious. Jon.
Brambles
On the thetford site look for the spare parts for the 250 and it shows an exploded view of the cassette. I did post a link but was wrong one so have deleted. Jon.

Derek Uzzell
There are some handy C-250-related schematics on this webpage: http://www.leisureshopdirect.com/Caravan/water/Thetford_Cassette_Toilets/Thetford_C-250_Cassette_Toilet_and_Spares.aspx The C-250 seems to have been much more problem-prone than the C-200. There are some comments here than may be useful: http://www.caravantalk.org.uk/topic/35762-thetford-c250-seal-leak/
