bromleyxphil
Hi Delicate matter this ... when the wife nips to the loo in the night she has a little flush which can then leave the water pump running. I then have to get up and run a tap to stop it. Can marital harmony be restored? Phil
Keith T
two thoughts..... ....firstly, once the loo is flushed or tap turned off, the pump should not continue running! ....otherwise, why not simply turn off the pump at the main switch on your control panel overnight, and throw a cupfull of water into the loo, instead of using the electric flush!! Brambles
It is possibly the pump pressure switch set a bit too high or a faulty in the punp valves. If you are not happy to fiddel with teh punp I suggest maybe your wife is very delicately asked to use a bit more water and maybe then the pump will turn off. Another possibilty is air is leaking into the pump and if only a smallamount of water floes it does not pump it clear of the valves and so pressure does not built up enough. So bit more water being used and it may work fine.
hallii
Tell her not to flush!! We use a small pump up sprayer with drop of Lidl pine disinfectant in it. It keeps the loo smelling fresh, saves water and puts less water into the cassete. H
