Guest Rooster
I am finding as I am looking for vans that the continental models, for example, Hobby, Adria Altera, Cristall Sprint, do not have the ability to heat water from gas, only 230v electric. The British models however, even the budget vans, for example, Bailey Discovery, do seem to have te ability to heat water from gas or electricity. Does anyone know why? Guest chrisn
I think it is probably fair to say that most continentals use the site facilities for ablutions and washing up. I guess the brits prefer not to trudge across muddy fields in damp weather!
Guest hymerman2
continental vanners do not have the same usage eg. we use playing fields, farm fields, CL's/Cs's. You will not find them using solar panels. When over there I use very little gas. you are paying for the tricity souse it.
