Bedfordshire Motorhomes

We are writing to you in order to advise readers of the excellent service we recently received.

 

We purchased our Autocruise Valentine from Bedfordshire Motor Homes of Wilstead in September 2009 and were impressed with their friendliness and attention to detail in all our dealings, in November 2010 we had a habitation check carried out and it was at this check that it was noticed that the rear exterior panel showed signs of water ingress, we were referred to a specialist firm in Harpenden who gave us an estimate for the repair, which in our view was expensive so we contacted Bedfordshire Motor Homes for their advice on who to ask for another estimate, their response was “bring the van back and let’s have a look at it” which we duly did the day after contacting them, they immediately said that they could fix the problem for us and that there would be no charge because we were their customer, one week later (more through the logistics of getting to them after us finishing work than their speed of repair) we picked our pride and joy up and are extremely happy with not just the results but the outstanding service we received from them, whilst we hope to keep our Valentine for some time when the time comes to change vehicles we know where we will be calling first to see what is available.
