Big Momma
For those with RV's or larger Motorhomes I have discovered a campsite in Haute-Vienne region of France that is run by a British Couple. The site has serviced hardstandings: EHU 16A, Fresh and Waste water. There are other hardstandings with EHU 16A but centralised water and drainage facilities. The price for a serviced pitch (all season) is 12 Euro with a 10% discount for stays of 7 days and also longer stay discounts available. The village has a Bar/Restaraunt, Grocery, Boulangerie. There is a bus stop 200 metres from the site (bus to Limoges) and their is a cycle track (15Km) 200 metres from the site which is a flat disused railway track. There is fishing on the site in the lakes and the site is also within walking distance of a river. May suit anyone travelling South for winter or for fellow Francofiles ;-) www.parcverger.com
