Fortunately when I was there you could park up on the Traigh Mhor which overlooked the beach by the Airport. Not only a superb outlook but of course you could also sit in the comfort of your Camper/MH and watch the planes landing.....a unique sight as it's the only airport in the world where scheduled passenger flights land and take off on a beach. Unfortunately overnight parking on Traigh Mhor has now been stopped.
