Mel B Posted July 29, 2012 Share Posted July 29, 2012 First course of action should be to go back to the seller of the awning and get your money back as the item doesn't appear to have been usable, assuming it was sold as such. If that doesn't work, then go through Ebay and they can retreive your funds for you it would then be up to the seller to arrange for his 'goods' to be collected for him.
