DonB
We've recently bought a new TomTom Via1505 and I am about to download POIs onto it. Mostly I will use the Camping-infos ones, but for German stellplatzes would it be better to use the Bordatlas ones instead. I had these on our old TomTom. Any sensible advice welcome! spospe
We have used the 100% free: http://home.arcor.de/telbus/womo-sp/index.html This is a free list, so you takes your chance with some of the entries ................... Edit: Sorry, I have just realised you asked for POI, not a list of stopping places.

maggyd
We like the BordeAtlas ones, but dont go without the book :-S our TT 750 crashed at Berchesgarten !! we would have been lost without the book.
Tony Jones
Maggy's right about taking the book as well as the TT. The Bordatlas includes everything from basic free stopovers to full-blown (and pricey) campsites, and their POIs don't distinguish between the different types (unlike, say, the campingcarinfos ones in France), so you need the book alongside to help you choose which ones you want. DonB
Sorry, had to leave this for a few days, it's been a bit busy round here! We have an old version of the Bordatlas on our old TomTom and did not have the book. We always seemed to find a stellplatze which suited. Perhaps we were just lucky??
