urbanracer Posted September 14, 2012 Share Posted September 14, 2012 If you find what you believe a potentially dangerous defect in a motor vehicle you can contact VOSA, is there a body who does the same for the habitation area on motorhomes. Guest JudgeMental Posted September 14, 2012 Share Posted September 14, 2012 Trading standards/citizens direct might be a good place to start. if the van has a serious fault it fails under the sales of goods act 1979 IF it is not "fit for purpose" or of "Merchantable quality" what is the problem?
