I dont know, but dont think so. Just look at ferry operators web site. I think its mainly on Italian/Greek routes

Used Ancona to Split this summer, lovely cabin, nice crossing, iffy food. Its only an overnight crossing. we used BlueLine but they dont go to dubrovnik

Been on the Bari - Dubrovnik ferry in 2008. There are no facilities for hookup. Run by Jadrolina and its a bit of a rust bucket !

Restaurant when open is passable but the snack bar is very basic.

Be prepared to back on or turn the van round inside which was "interesting" with an 8.0 metre Hobby with a bike rack on !!

Organisation in Bari can be a nightmare, but if you are on the day boat you can sleep in the lorry park as you arrive at 9.0pm. Unless they have changed the timetable. From memory it is a 6 hour crossing

I think on the night crossing you have to have a cabin
