Tracker Posted September 30, 2012 Share Posted September 30, 2012 Reminds me of the time in the 80's when the Pru, concerned about staff turnover and 'inappropriate' agents, introduced a new test for job applicants designed by 'consultants' to improve the potential of all new employees. Our district was chose to 'road test' the new application form and out of 24 of us only 6 passed - and they were the least successful in the district. Some questions are very relevant but some seem totally pointless and typical of a test set by civil servants in a sheltered environment with no concept of real life.
