If I post a thread or response I usually wait for some time, or even a day to see if there are any reactions, often there are other things I have to do, or my wife frequently finds me some things to do. However i am intrigued and even amazed that within a 24 hour period a thread can often jump in the number of Posts by a large number but often with just a couple of names doing all of them. Looking at them and it is almost like a conversation with Posts being banged out every few minutes. Posters must be clutching the mouse awaiting with anticipation or even impatience for a reply. Now it is a free country but I do wonder of sometimes when it gets towards a 'I keep saying yes' and 'you keep saying no' situation and they keep repeating it, that we could suggest the protagonists move to a personal e mail chat between themselves. Once they have slogged it all out and come to a decision then maybe they could return to the fold. Trawling through Posts that are repeated over and over again with new quotes added at the bottom can be a bit unrewarding. I am starting to just skip whole pages of Posts to find something new. About as entertaining as walking to empty the waste water on a wet night.
