Conrad Posted October 5, 2019 Share Posted October 5, 2019 This may be construed as cheating, but my wife freezes a few meals at home which we use from the van freezer. Spaghetti bolognese one of our favourites, butter bean casserole, ratatouille with chickpeas. My speciality is easy stir-fry - mixed vegetables from the freezer into the frying pan, once defrosted add pack of soft noodles and marinated tofu or cashew nuts, then a pack of peanut satay sauce.
