longtemps
Can anyone advise me how to help to protect the colour in both the decals and on the bonnet of my van, when it is stored facing due south under the full glare of the sun. Apart from the obvious, perhaps using fitted covers etc., I have heard that leaving a coating of polish over the surface, but not polishing it off, does help. Obviously, the polish would collect dust and grime and therefore care would have to be taken when removing, but other than that, it sounds like a reasonable idea. What do you think friends? Thanks in advance.
PJay
why bother? Do you protect your car? Our van is now 7 years old, and spends more time in France/Spain than elsewere. The colour is fine, and not affected by the sun (So Far) Our van is white, I suppose if you have a coloured van it may be affected by the sun. Be interested what others have to say PJay
