cmorri37
I am after some advise on the best route to travel with a Caravan from Calais through France and Spain to Caldas da Rainha (near peniche) in Portugal. Does anyone know a good route? Do you advise, is it a good idea to stay to toll roads and get one these gadgets that you fit to your windscreen, It auto charges for the toll in France so you pay after returning from Holiday? Can anyone recommend a good Caravan site just across the Spannish border in Portugal near Guarda? Do you know of a good Caravan site we can stop at near Peniche? Thanks in advance for any advise or help you can offer..... Colin.
potjoe
Yes get the boat down to Santander much better looks a lot of money but have tryed it both ways and it,s better by boat over all less cost well I think so plus time.We are in the Brittany boats club and save 30% on cost. Think the cost to drive all that way on the toll road cost £,£,£,s plus time .but that's if you can do the boat ?
