For too long there has been an 'institutionalised' approach of softly softly lets be nice apologists. Lets hope she gets somewhere with the 'harder' approach. But I still say that whilst the tax and benefit incentive exists as it does at present whereby families will be better off benefit wise if they split up and the Father is not around then we are all peeing in the wind if we want change.
