Charlie boy
Thinking of buying a cover for the van before winter Has any body had any experience of these good or bad. B-)
Caddies104
Hi Have experience of buying one, but has never been out of the box, always think the advantages of having the van ready to go outweigh the effort of trying to get it on and off... Then why buy it?? Don't ask!! I said don't ask!!!
Sydney1
As above Bought one as our MH is left parked under trees but is is 8m long, the cover weights a ton and is a nightmare to take on and off. Don't bother now and just resign myself to giving the roof a good clean once or twice a year

Rayjsj
It depends on how big your Van (and the Cover ) is. I had a protec cover on an Autosleeper Talisman, and it was fine, just needed a few 'Beach Balls' in the Roof rack to stop it becoming a ducks paddling pool. And as it was relatively small, easy to get on and off. Did the job well. But my present van is 25' feet long and 10 ' high, So i'm not going to bother. It,the protec, did not mark the van at all. but did wear quite badly in the high winds we get hereabouts. And needed patching a few times.
