Android by a mile ... Windows is very clunky and way behind them and I can't see how it can catch up!

Windows phone 8 is very slick requiring less processing power than Android.

Some see it's only drawback as having less apps.

I use a HTC Desire HD, its about two and a half years old. Battery life has never been good but now it is utterly rubbish (I do keep it switched on 24/7 and charge it when it goes to orange on battery indicator). Facebook is painfully slow on it either using mobile network or WiFi but I suspect that is more to do with the Android App than the phone as my Asus Android tablet can be slow on Facebook too. I also use it for SatNav with CoPilot Live software which generally works very well although it can have its poorer moments, I use it on a charging lead for sat nav or it only has about 30 minutes battery life from fully charged now using the Sat Nav software. Overall I'm a fan of Smart Phones although I can't comment on Windoze as I've never used one. Mine is overdue for upgrade and I'm looking at a Samsung for a replacement but its still Android.
