Hi has anyone used the aire at Brugge , on the siuth ring road this year.? If so any info on it including prices would be helpful.

Also any inf o Ghent , Walonia and Luxembourg would be appreciated. We are taking off at beginning of Sept for three weeks. Fingers crossed for the weather !! :-)

Have used Brugge Aire about 4 times and it is a good spot, a bit pricy for an aire but convenient. for water filling and dumping easier to drive into the coach car park next door and use their hose and dump

Try and get to luxembourg with a low tank as diesel 1.21 € last week (£1.03)...Have had very good reports for Ghent but no personal knowledge....great bars and restaurants in Brugge, canal trip fun also :-D

The aire at Bruges has all facilities. Very clean too when we were there in March. Agree it is pricey but right in Bruges.

There's another aire on the other side of the road. We didn't spot this the first time. Probably an overspill so probably the same price.

Low season €15, high season €22.50. Take your bikes.

I believe the parking across the road is day time motorhome parking and was in fact the original Aire until new expensive one built....from memory:-S it used to be gratis but what is these days :-D

In Belgium, also recommend Tournai - aire by the park on the inner ring road, and easy to walk into a fascinating town. It is on the way to Luxembourg. Our favourites there - Diekirch in the centre of the country has Camping de la Sure, special motorhome places at 12 euros a night, with use of all facilities, quick walk over the bridge to town. Other sites walkable to town are in Troisverges and Clervaux, more like 20 euro a night. We love Luxembourg, and not just for the cheap diesel - very clean, spectacular valleys and lots of Dutch. On the way, Bastogne in Belgium is worth stopping at - they have a fancy new aire and lots of WW2 history.
