Shwmae
We have water seeping from under our boiler when the water pump is on. Wondered if anyone else has experienced this and has any advice? Thanks.

bolero boy
Get up close and try to establish if the leak is from a hose connector (easy to fix) or from the boiler itself, which is going to necessitate a support call. We did have a similar issue last year in Spain but with our Truma Combi where there was actually a split in a weld. We just drained the boiler (heating still worked fine) and used a kettle for hot water. Showers on site so manageable. Truma replaced boiler under warranty on return. 747
Which boiler type? Compact 3000 or 3010. I take it you mean that when you run the hot tap, you get a leak and not when you run the heating system. If it is the 3000, you can remove the top cover easily. Check for signs of a leak. There are no pipes that come out of the bottom as far as I know, so it is either a loose pipe fitting on the hot water line or an internal fault on the boiler pipework. That would be my guess without seeing it.
